Robert L Stagg Property Services & Maintenance is the sister company to the property management side of the business. We can therefore uniquely provide our own in-house property maintenance service and we are the only Letting Agency in the Somerset area to do so. We feel it’s imperative that such maintenance reports are attended to without fuss or delay, thereby ensuring such reports are under our direct control to the benefit of both landlord and tenant. However, our services are not limited to our landlords, they are available to anyone wishing to use our specialised skills to their advantage, including kitchen refurbishment or fitted kitchens, bathroom refurbishment or fitted bathrooms, complete property refurbishment and fire damage insurance work

Being CORGI and OFTEC registered, our highly skilled maintenance personnel can attend to anything from a major heating fault to replacing a tap washer, from a full house refurbishment to replacing a window. Our maintenance department is also fully experienced in all aspects of property maintenance, such as electrical, plumbing, painting and decorating, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, roofing, guttering, fence panelling and gardening.

All maintenance calls our speedily attended to, with emergency work a priority. We will fully assess the nature of the work in hand and provide a comprehensive report with a detailed and competitive quotation.

Where a client landlord is concerned, maintenance calls are given priority. A competitive quotation will also be provided for prior approval before the work is carried out. However, any essential work may be carried out on site, particularly if it is deemed the tenant’s or the landlord’s property is at risk or for the comfort of the tenant, such as heating failure.

The property maintenance department always keeps up to date with current Health and Safety Regulations, Gas, LPG and Oil Safety Regulations, and Electrical Safety Regulations in all respects, thereby ensuring a safe environment to work in, as well as placing public safety paramount in every aspect..
