After a dishwasher exploded and the property suffered from smoke damage throughout, Robert L Stagg Property Services & Maintenance were appointed main contractors by the insurance company to resolve the problem.
Included in the works that were carried out was a full chemical clean throughout so all damage caused by the smoke was removed, a brand new kitchen was installed along with the replacement of the ceiling in the kitchen and dining room. A full electrical upgrade was completed to NICEIC regulations, along with the replacement of the carpets and repaint throughout. The work was completed on time ready for the tenants to move back into the property.
